Are your minerals natural?

Yes! All our minerals are 100% natural. Any treatments (e.g., heat treatment for certain agates) are clearly disclosed in product descriptions. We do not sell synthetic, dyed, or imitation minerals.


What's the shipping time to Europe?

Standard shipping to Europe typically takes 10-20 business days. Please note that customs processing may add additional delays which are beyond our control.


Who pays import taxes and duties?

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.


Can I customize jewelry?

We offer limited customization options such as engraving on select jewelry pieces. Please email your customization requests to viviw@vividolphinshop.com with your order details, and we'll let you know what's possible.


How do I start a return?

Please email viviw@vividolphinshop.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide instructions if approved. Do not return items without prior approval.


Why can't I return items for natural variations?

Natural minerals are unique creations of nature. Variations in color, texture, and inclusions are inherent characteristics that make each piece special. Since we clearly disclose this in our product descriptions, these variations do not qualify as defects for return purposes.
